I’ve never grown tomatoes before; is it normal for them to grow their own produce stickers? 🤔


We had a pretty big storm last night, so I assume it's just a piece of detritus that got blown into my yard, but my friend and I have been having a good laugh at the fact that it looks like my still on the vine tomato has a produce sticker. She's having fun cosplaying as a grocery store tomato, I guess.

    Careful, that’s how small garden criminals mark their produce to see if anyone removes it or not, and then they come later and steal the ones no one removed

    If you get the right strain, they will cut and package themselves, all you have to do is pick them up off the ground when done.
