Ingredients:
– 2 Minute Yellow Rice Cups – 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped – 1 large egg – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 cups breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned) – Oil for frying (vegetable or olive oil)
Recipe:
1) In a large bowl combine the prepared Minute Yellow Rice Cups, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper and egg to a bowl and mix until everything is fully combined.
2) Roll this mixture into a ball and coat in your flour then dredge it in an egg and bread crumbs on all sides.
3) Preheat your oil to 375 and then fry your balls for 4-8 minutes or until lightly golden (they will continue cooking for 1-2 minutes after removed from the oil).
