2 patty, 2 slices of cheese, some sauce and some onion with a slight toasted brioche bun

Burger was OK! I think I prefer the ones you would buy from a restaurant
though. I would prefer more sauce and I did the patty slightly too thick

Anddddd….it took so long for the mince beef/ground beef to defrost. It was just very, very slightly frozen 😅😅 but I think the cook made it not frozen but some parts of the burger were a little chewy.

    It looks good, but a smash burger is supposed to be really thin with crispy latticed edges.

    Inb4 the smash burger police tell you thats not a smash burger. I mean technically it isn’t but you did smash it. I know what you mean but a smash burger is much thinner and longer than what you have. 

    Parts of the burger shouldn’t be a little chewy. Get better meat or get better pre made burgers. I highly reccomend schweid and son brand. 

    Next time make sure it came from the fridge and not the freezer. You want the beef to be fresh and easy to work with.
