    How does that work? Butter is solid at room temperature. So you have to heat the tin or is the butter mixed with something to make it liquid?

    These are my current favorite. Preheat the can in hot water, slowly ease into pan for sauté, and throw in some peas/ carrots or the veggie or your choice + yellow rice for a bonus. Perfect easy lunch
