Four cheese Cappeletti in a tomato sauce. Topped with Parmigiano and crispy breadcrumbs seasoned with lemon zest and parsley.
Filled pasta is the funniest to make, in my opinion π

Since we’re here, I’m going to make a few suggestions. First I wanna say the pasta looks phenomenally made, and the sauce to pasta ratio is on point. My issue lies with there being a bit too many things, four cheese with tomato sauce is kind of a waste, the acidity of tomato sauce might overshadow the element of quattro formaggi which is never served with tomato sauce. Same with the lemon, adding lemon to tomato sauce is, lets say, unesessary. Questo al burro e hai vinto.
