Let’s not talk about the cut, I wasn’t responsible for that BUT look at my sear! You did this 🥹 Everyone here that gave me tips, each time it gets better and I send a tiny bit of love your way.
I hope when I do, tiny little happy things happen for you. Like a sneeze that almost isn’t turning out to be the most satisfying sneeze of your life.

Thank you for your picture post to r/souvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

Oh shit also this is a tri tip steak 129 for 6 hours. Next time I’ll do a higher temp for more tenderness, considering 133 for 8 hours since I got a boatload from Costco. Any tri tip *steak* recs are welcome!
