Pulled out the smoker today, and gave smoked salsa a try! Worked out pretty good!

Never smoked salsa before, so I kept it simple. Took tomato, garlic, onion, and jalapeño, smoked it over hickory wood for about 90 minutes. Added lime, and salt afterwards! The only thing I would be differently is add cilantro, but the wife isn’t a fan of it
