Kinder’s The Blend on both, one rack tacked up with Kinder’s Peach Bourbon. 260° for 5.5-6 hours, 5 mins at 525 at the end to tack up. Membrane on for a little chew.

Looks really good I decided to make some baby back ribs myself today and it was like 89″f today outside to hot for medue to health conditions and to hot to turn on the oven so decided to par-boil and let them dry then decided let me try and see how they would come out in the deep fryer let me tell you they came out absolutely amazing and delicious anyone reading this you GOTTA TRY THIS ITS TENDER & CRISPY HANDS DOWN 👇👇

They look so good. I like ribs cooked to perfection with a little pull left and a little chew. But it’s not better than ribs cooked “too much”, caramelized and falling off the bone.
