Didn't get a picture because I was starving after an hours swim with the kids making me dive down the deep end to retrieve the sinker 😂

Dinner: Millennial staple – Avocado and eggs on toast 564cals

Total 1570 cals.
I also ate a 50g packet of jelly babies, but burnt quite a few calories swimming and walking 13,000 steps so I can't get excited about that!
