The easies, NO KNEAD Focaccia Hello everyone 🌻 Let’s make the easiest focaccia bread with me. Here are what we need… In the mixing bowl, add 150 grams of water. 1.5 grams of instant yeast 3 grams of fine sea salt 6 grams of olive oil Mix to combine 200 grams of bread flour Mix well until fully hydrated Cover with a lid(I don’t have a lid for this bowl so I just use aluminum foil ☺️) Let it sit for 1 hour. After 1 hour, perform the first set of stretch & fold. Wet your hands to make it less sticky on your hands. and then stretch and fold… Cover again and let it sit for 30 minuts. After 30 minutes The dough began to rise Perform the second set of strech and fold. Cover again and let it sit for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes This time we need to oil our hands… Take the dough gently… and perform gentle foldings.. and put it back into the bowl Drizzle some olive oil Cover again and refrigerate the dough overnight to let it slowly ferment. The next day… take out the dough from the fridge Patience is the key in making good focaccia… Drizzle as much as olive oil you like on the baking tray/pan (focaccia needs it Transfer the dough into the baking pan Spread the dough carefully and stretch and fold gently again Cover and let it sit for 2 hours until the size is doubled. After 2 hours, you get this jiggly and wobbly dough. Drizzle as much as or as little as olive oil you prefer. Here comes the fun part 🤗 Deep your fingers gently into the dough… You know your focaccia is going to be great when it creates lots of bubble It’s not just fun but also satisfying at the same time 😁 Add any toping you like. I add some sea salt And some fresh rosemary. bake in preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 25 minutes. Let it cool down before cutting And I cut it into two already… My mouth is watery now, really want to eat it 😋 Your patience has paid off ♥️ Enjoy it by yourself or with your loved one. It’s so good 😋 Thank you for watching. Have a blessed lovely day 🌻 Stay healthy and happy always ♥️
