i tested the sourdough fkatcha recipe four different times before I got it just right If you made sourdough before then you know that this bread is quite the process But at the end of this journey I knew that making sourdough fkaca is the superior way to make sourdough bread And if you’ve never even touched sourdough starter before this recipe is perfect for beginners That’s because we only do one stretch and fold at the beginning and the rest of the time is spent letting the dough rest The next day we’re going to shape our dough into a log and let it rest again From this point forward the sourdough technique takes a backseat and you treat the dough more like fkatcha Once the dough has spread to fit the pan dimple it all over with your fingers If there’s a word for the feeling that you get when you make all of those air bubbles please let me know what it is Cover the dough in olive oil rosemary and sea salt before baking And prepare a garlic butter topping while that’s in the oven This bread is so good and after my fourth attempt to make it I think I got it just right But don’t take my word for it I want you to try it and let me know how it is

  1. Mine turned out kind of too soft and not so bubbly. I noticed during the fermentation that the bubble rise but plop out at the surface😢 What did i do wrong.. The sourdough was active so that might not be the problem
