The soup is great and I’ve made it twice! Freezes very well so has been useful for quick meals on work nights. I also added a small amount of turmeric and ginger to the spices. Served with a bit of EVOO in the first pic.
Bread is homemade jalapeno and cheese sourdough, 10% wholemeal. I usually make/eat higher percentage wholemeal or rye sourdough, but used more white flour as this bread contains inclusions (which weigh down the dough/impede gluten development).
Some left over pak choi and sweet potato for one night too.
