I'm eating my corned beef Ruben sandwich now! Wow is this incredible!

4 lbs corned beef
Standard seasoning packet
135 degrees
48 hours.

I sliced the entire piece of beef with a brisket knife.

This is the most tender corned beef I've ever had.

Sliced of bread; corned beef; sauerkraut; Munster cheese; Coleman's mustard; broiled under a watchful eye.

YUM!

    Corned beef definitely turns out different than your typically crockpot with cabbage and carrots version. The texture is so much better in my opinion. Sliceable vs shreddable.
