Hi friends, welcome back to At Home with Cindy. I hope you’re doing well. Um, so I saw um a wrap uh recipe I guess you would call it um on Azure Standard and it looks so good and I figured I’m going to give it a try one day. Uh I don’t have all the ingredients. I kind of changed it up. I don’t have um like a burrito style uh wrap, so I’m probably just gonna do these little ones here. Uh and I’ll just do like a quesadilla. And so I have leftover chicken. I have to shred it up a little bit. I have some sauteed onions. Uh it calls for red onions. I don’t have that. Mozzarella mozzarella cheese. And this is the only one I have the wet stuff. Cilantro. But I have I only have parsley. And the last but not least is ranch dressing. And I just made myself one and it is so good. And it’s just so simple. So I’m going to make another one here. I tried to put the cheese down to hopefully make it stick, but it’s kind of wet cheese. It’s not like just dry like cheddar cheese. So, um, I’ll give it a try again. I washed my pan out. So, all right. So, here we go. Not sure if you could see, but it’s really good. All these ingredients together are so good. Let me just um separate this chicken a teeny bit more. I had to use this up and I figured this is the best way to do it and it’s just very tasty. So if you have any leftovers, you can throw it in. Okay, that’s good enough. All right, so here we have the cheese. Just going to put it a little down. It’s really good cheese. Really good. And the rest of the chicken cuz I cannot keep that another day. I’m not sure it would be good and try and put it in the middle cuz they all like to fall out. Um onion. Use the rest of the onions. And that is my last onion. I I don’t usually run out of onions. parsley which tastes very good and fresh in it. I had, you know, it’s funny. I had cilantro growing cuz I got it from seed. I started it from seed and it was growing and one day I was weeding and I was just like I don’t know where I was my mind and I just I’ve picked it. I was like, “Oh my god, no.” And I’m just gonna drizzle on some ranch. I don’t know how much. I’m just going to It’s a little like that. So, I probably will not put cheese on this side. Hopefully, the hopefully it’ll stick together, but usually it doesn’t. When I use cheddar cheese, it’s it sticks together. All right, let me put some oil in my pan and we’ll get started. Okay, here we go. Well, I have luck this time. Just going to press it down. I guess I could have waited another minute. Okay, I’ll bring you back when I flip it. Okay, I’m going to turn it over. Not brown enough. Get my uh Sorry about the noise. This one’s all turning up now. Okay, good enough. And then I’m just going to cut it in fours with this. And I think I’m only going to eat a quarter of it. Like one little piece, and save the rest for lunch tomorrow, maybe. The These are my tortillas. My husband’s got the big ones. I got the little tiny ones. But they’re delicious. They’re from Trader Joe’s. They’re almond flour. Okay. I’ll show you what it looks like when I come back. Okay. Well, I didn’t show you taking it out of the pan because it’s just basically to the to the uh plate. So, yeah, it’s still warm. Just do Okay. And you just do little pizza cut. That’s it. It’s too warm. I shouldn’t have done it so soon, but I’m always in a rush. So good. It’s just delicious. Oh, hot. Very hot though. And that’s it. So good. Very, very delicious. And I think the quick meal, I’m definitely going to keep this little recipe in my binder. Quick meal like that. Great. Thanks for stopping by, guys. See you soon. Bye.
