I've been meal prepping for the past month now and I developed all of these recipes with low calories, high protein, and high volume in mind. The idea is to make 1 recipes from each category at the beginning of the week for 4 weeks in a row. I've lost 10 pounds since I started it! I've tweaked some of the recipes since I initially made them to improve macros or even out serving sizes. I'd love to hear your thoughts and I'm open to any feedback, positive or negative!

    I mean the most important meal prep plan is the one you can actually stick to. I’m weird, I can eat the most simple meals over and over again and not get sick of them! If this works for you it sounds great. Don’t overcomplicate things and stay disciplined
