Plain Greek yogurt – 1 heaped cup (my yogurt has 6% fat)
Cucumber – 1 (English seedless)
Garlic – 1 to 3 cloves (I am using 3 cloves)
Dill- 1 small bunch (2 TBSP) (You can use parsley)
Lemon juice – 2 TBSP
Olive oil – 2 TBSP (extra virgin olive oil)
Salt- 1 pinch (1/3 tsp), I am not using black pepper, but you can use to your taste.

Hi everybody. Today we prepare delicious Greek tziki. You can serve it with veggies or with meat. Let’s make it. And these are ingredients. One cup of Greek yogurt, one cucumber, one clove of garlic. For garlic lovers like me, you can use two or three of them. I will be using three cloves of garlic. 2 tbsp of lemon juice, small bunch of fresh dill, a pinch of salt, and two tablespoon of olive oil. Now we are going great and drying cucumber. Squeeze some lemon juice, grate garlic, and chop finely fresh dill. Cucumber is ready. And this is to discard. And now mix well all ingredients. [Applause] Time to try. And here you are.
