2 slices of this plain cheese pizza (with basil) from a 12” (small) pizza from a wood fired place. And a Caesar salad with NO dressing- did not eat the dressing, just plain with croutons and cheese lol. I estimated 800 roughly for the 2 slices and plain salad no dressing?

    Hey, OP!! Im estimating 170-200 for 1 slice of pizza, so 340-400…salad is like 200-250.

    Roughly 540-650 IMO :3

    Yeah, 250 is about right on the salad. That’s a ton of croutons, which are very caloric. Without all of those, it’s almost nil on calories. I’m fine tuning my diet to have more of my budget left at the end of the day. One of the things I cut out was salad croutons. Try using other things. I would at least use nuts. Still very caloric but at least there’s some nutritional value there. Croutons have no nutritional benefit and a lot of calories, kind of like cakes and cookies.

    Just want to say that a few “bad” meals here and there isn’t going to break and ruin all your progress. Get back on track as soon as you can, and then remember it’s okay to treat yourself with a meal like this occasionally.
