I tried the viral Turkish pasta recipe from Anna Paul and gave it my own twist—so easy, and so flavourful! Here’s how I made it:
(50% off using code “ASHLEY50”)
Garlic Yogurt
– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 clove fresh garlic, grated
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
– Drizzle of olive oil
Mix well and refrigerate.
Butter Sauce
– ¾ cup salted butter
– 1 tbsp sweet paprika
Melt in a pan and set aside.
Meat Mixture
– 1 small white onion, diced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 250g ground beef
– 1 tsp sweet paprika
– Pinch of cumin
– Pinch of curry powder
– Salt & pepper, to taste
– 1 tsp Turkish spice mix
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
Sauté onion in oil, add beef and spices, then cook until slightly crispy. Stir in tomato paste and cook down.
1. Add the garlic yogurt to a bowl.
2. Top with the spiced meat mixture.
3. Drizzle with the butter paprika sauce.
4. Garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy!

Anna Paul’s viral Turkish pasta has been all over my timeline and I knew I had to make it, but I did not have the ingredients. Thankfully, Traish, a grocery delivery company, the GTA, had all of the essentials. And right now, they’re giving back to the community by donating a box of food to every family in need for every $100 spent. And you can save 50% off of groceries using my code in the caption. Something else you can find in the caption, this recipe. Started making my garlic yogurt sauce. I added some ingredients not in her recipe, like olive oil, lemon juice, and dried parsley. You’re going to notice I changed a few things. For example, I cooked my onions first and then I added the meat. I also added a few seasonings for some flavor, which you’re going to see in the description. I let the onions cook for a few minutes, and then I added my meat. And as it cooked, I minced it up so the pieces were nice and small, and I also added a little bit of tomato paste. Once it was done cooking, I put the heat to high, and then I let that cook for about 2 minutes so it can get crispy. To keep the flavors going, I used the same pan to make my butter sauce. So, I just added my butter and my sweet paprika. And that was literally it. Then you just assemble. Hot noodles, cold yogurt mixture. Then you go ahead and you add your cooked beef. You can use either cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes to top off the meat. I added cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley. Do not use dry. Then you just pour your butter sauce over and that is it. You serve it up and you enjoy. Look at how beautiful this dish is. It’s so pretty and I was so excited to try it. It was one of those dishes where I had no idea how it was going to taste, but oh my god, it was so good. It was 100% worth the hype. I loved it. It’s so easy to make and you probably have the ingredients and if you don’t, just order them on Trade Dish. Recipes in the caption. Let me know what you think.
