    Pad Thai sauce, 1 serving:

    – 1 tsp fresh ginger

    – 1 tsp peanut butter

    – 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder (the defatted kind)

    – 1 Tbsp Tamarind concentrate (or lime juice)

    – 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce

    – fresh garlic (about 1/2 tsp)

    – sweetener of choice

    – water to thin the sauce to desired consistency

    Everything else:

    – 101 g tofu, pan fried and cut up

    – 1 oz high protein pasta (Pete’s)

    – 46 g Just Egg patty, folded and cut up

    – 1 Tbsp peanuts, chopped

    – cilantro leaves

    – 56 g Red bell pepper

    – 100 g mung bean sprouts

    – green onion, cut up (use as much as you like)
