    Did you freeze them prior? Try to break up the ramen way more. Could have worked decent.

    Why is it stupid? I’ve had deep fried Mac and Cheese that was made by a pro chef before. It’s a legit thing.

    I know this is r/stupidfood but next time try making the mac n cheese on a flat tray and freeze it for a couple hours, cut mac n cheese tray into squares, hand form the cut squares into balls and then do the breading at the end. It gives them a more consistent shape and helps the breading attach to the noodle globs easier 🙂
