    Just today for the first time I put some light mayo in my sardine tortillas, was pleasantly surprised!

    This looks so good as well, might need to give it a shot, great looking sandwich!

    Do you make your own tapenade? I may try to make some as this looks like an excellent idea mixing sardines and olives, especially if the fish is a little dry.
