So this is my current setup, bj3, Joe jr., and an ooni koda 16. Had a small bbq yesterday at a friend, and he fired up a gas powered grill, I was amazed at the speed. So now I am eyeballing an 22” blackstone tabletop griddle. But do I need it? Idk. What do you guys think? ( I do own a soapstone for the jr, and a carbon steel griddle for the bj3)
