Sourdough baking is quite the journey, it took me a long time to create good looking loaves of bread (especially since it's just not possible for me to bake every week). So very happy with this one! The recipe I'm using recently is "The System Reboot" by Culinary Exploration. This guy puts some good information out there, I can really recommend this recipe if you feel a bit stuck in the learning process. Link!
