Picked this seasoning up when I was in Japan and I have already finished it because I put it on everything! It adds that perfect japanese curry taste to everything but none of my google searches are helping me find a replacement. Any suggestions?

The label says “Vermont Curry”, and you specifically have posted the curry powder form (the default would be curry bricks). Searching for “Vermont Curry powder” yields plenty of results from importers, e.g. https://www.nipponshop.net/en/curry/4187-vermont-curry-powder.html
Hmm.
You used to be able to get Vermont curry seasoning in Japanese stores here in the UK (so would assume the US as well) but I suddenly realise I haven’t seen it in a while (the roux is still on shelves though).
You can make it from scratch and there are [recipes online](https://www.chopstickchronicles.com/japanese-curry-roux/), but it will take some experimentation to get exactly the seasoning mix flavour you’re after.
Let us know how it goes?
(edit: just found it on Amazon Japan, which ships overseas and which will be pricey but sometimes you just really want something.)
It’s a powdered version of the mild (not hot or spicy) Vermont Curry by House.

Haven’t had it so can’t give any specific recommendations but Google Vermont Curry Powder if you want that specific flavor. Vermont Curry is sweeter than other Japanese curry. If you don’t care if it’s sweet, just get any Japanese curry powder.

Depending on where you’re living in the US, you may be able to find this at an Asian food store. California is loaded with them.
They sell it on Amazon.jp, I’m not sure how much it will cost or if they can ship it, but it’s worth looking at.
What exactly do you put it on, I know it’s curry powder, but you say you put it on everything.
