Would love to hear any notes. Haven’t seen this before and can’t find anything about it on the Costco wine blog.

I have! Per usual, good value for money.

Really gives you a feeling of right bank. I’m gonna throw one in a blind next week to try and throw off my friends and fellow somms. As one would expect, it’s very primary, but it drinks well and feels indicative of the place.

Got 2 cases of them on Thursday.

I generally love St-Émilion wine, and I think this one is a good value despite an overly light texture and a taste lacking depth. I expect it to improve over the next couple of years.

  3. Yup tried it, decent, good value. I always buy any French and Italian wine at Costco that isn’t expensive (and some that is 😁) and it’s consistently a decent wine. I seldom buy Californian wine unless I’ve actually tried it (eg at my local wine shop) since the quality is so variable

Haven’t tried it but I’m a big fan of St Emilion and 2022 was supposedly a magnificent vintage for both banks of Bordeaux, so wouldn’t be surprised if it’s great for the money. Let us know!

  5. I picked this up today to try out, I’m glad the consensus is positive! We keep their champagne Brut in stock for when family comes over. Does quite a good job as a simple sipper.
