Ground Beef and Cauliflower Rice Bowls 🥩🍚🥒

Ingredients:
-1 lb 93% lean ground beef
-1 1/2 lbs zucchini, quartered and thinly sliced
-2 small bags (24 oz. total) of cauliflower rice
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tbs olive oil for cooking
Lemon Garlic Herb Sauce:
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayo
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp dried dill
-1 tsp dried parsley
-1/2 tsp salt
-juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
-add zucchini to a large bowl with oil and season with half of the seasonings listed; mix well and air fry at 400F for 15-20 minutes
-heat a pan to medium-high heat and brown beef; mix in the other half of the seasonings listed and turn off the heat
-while the beef is cooking, cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions
-mix the sauce ingredients in a small container and whisk until smooth
-build bowls and top with sauce after reheating
-store bowls in fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months

hey guys let’s make these healthy high protein low carb beef and cauliflower rice bowls with zucchini and lemon garlic herb sauce this is perfect for a work lunch meal prep or a post-workout meal each meal is 330 calories with 31 g of protein and 11 G of carbs and fat the ingredients are affordable and the price comes out to 250 per meal I start cooking at 6:56 p.m. and I quarter and thinly slice our zucchini add it to a boil with olive oil salt pepper onion and garlic powder and smoked paprika mix well and air Fry at 400° f for about 15 minutes while that cooks set a pan to medium high heat and brown our ground beef while the beef ground cook the cauliflower rice according to package instructions once the beef is done Browning add the same spices we added to the zucchini mix it well then turn off the heat now I’m making our lemon garlic herb sauce mix this all together in a small container till it’s nice and smooth our beef cauliflower rice and zucchini is all finished and it only took 20 minutes to each Bowl I add 150 g of rice 75 G of zucchini and 100 G of beef top with sauce after reheating and that’s it take care and follow for more

White sauce came out quite sour and was overpowering. Any tips? Only used half a lemon
