    I do mine with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub. Start skin side down. 375 indirect for 25min, flip, then cook 30min, check temp and pull or cook longer if needed.

    Best. Wings. Ever.

    Look great. I smoked wings for the first time today as well. My skin did not turn out that crispy looking. 275 for ~1.5h with the conveggtor installed.

    dunno how old my egg is but its old. glad i upgraded to the cast iron my giant 9″ Lodge r/castiron has been my go to for 15 years now
