Got some ribs going on mine right now… I’ll never be without a good ol’ kettle.

Just put out some “Korean style” boneless short ribs, and meal-prepped some chicken breasts for later in the week. On my kettle 3 out of four of the past nights.

If you’re going to use it there make sure to open a window or two first . Happy grilling!
So good, just go on YouTube and learn how to use it

It’s tough to beat the happiness a weber kettle gives a person. Congrats!

Good luck with it.
I got the bug about 8 years ago and quickly learned I don’t have the patience or interest in getting over the learning curve.
It’s great to smoke stuff in but other than that I hate the damn thing. Definitely the minority here but it’s a pain in the ass.

Congratulations on your Weber. There are simple and basic kettles that will last a long time, as you take care of them. I have rectangular cooker table top that use a 1 lbs. gas cylinder. A 22″ like yours and a pellet. All good…..
