$8.50 thrift store find turns out to be signed first printing of Bourdain’s A Cook’s Tour
Was told to post this here! Got it off of amazons used book category under the books listing. There was nothing labeling it as signed or a first print, what a find.

Very nice.
That’s amazing, wow
That’s worth a lot more than 8.50
Nice treasure
That’s a holy Grail for my collection. I’ve only got one other significant signed copy and it was a Goodall I found in a used book store
Our sous chef brought up Bourdain the other day at work at none of the young 20 something year-olds knew who he was. Sous almost had an aneurysm.
I have an advance copy of a fictional novel he wrote that my sister had signed to me at a book show.
I treasure it.
Very cool find. Ah man.. I get misty thinking/talking about Tony. He was a real one.
A fundamental truth known by those scouting tag sales and thrift/junk shops: Anything can be anywhere.
