I like to throw these on with a long smoke so I have a snack partway thru, and then I cube it up and add it to the customary charcuterie board we put out a couple hours before dinner.

Welcome to the club! I been smokin spam since last summer and I wont eat it any other way now. That’s not true but smoking it is definitely the superior way to eat it
