I got this one and mine looked so different when cooked. It was so good

It’s one of our favorites! It’s been around for the past several years because I’ve gotten it 6-8 times since we started HF. We also add the beef to it because I’m the only person in our household that is very happy with a vegetarian meal. We do spice up the beef with fajita seasoning too so there’s a connection to all of the components in the dish.
