I've only ever used this smoker and couple times years ago but I'm just now getting back into it. Smoked some steaks to test it out. Very happy on the flavor, might have smoked it for a little less time for steaks this small next time. I like a good rare but these are not.

Mmm, that’s not too good, I better take the steak off your hands and dispose of it properly.
So if you smoke a steak, does it basically make it taste like brisket?

The fat isn’t rendered at all so I’d say this is suboptimal. White strands of fat are nasty
