2024 and beyond is strawberry matcha season y'all. The one from the LES (slide 1), was quite generic. The one on slide 3 is from Flushing, better balance imo and not as sweet.
Slide 2 – Green tea + Ube swirl soft serve with hojicha flakes on top, great if you like a lightly sweet, tea flavored dessert. There's a taste to tea-based ice creams that you either love or hate and the hojicha flakes on top added a bit of warmth and nuttiness.
