Wild Shrimp Spicy Olive Oil and Garlic by ABC+

This was a fun can that was full of surprises. Flavor was nothing but amazing, delivering gorgeous umami notes with chili and garlic being the cheerleaders.
The texture was something I was not a fan of but that began to grow on me.
overall, this was interesting, fun and really packed some surprises for me.

    A buddy of mine from Germany insisted for years that eating shrimp shells is good. I have noticed lately that he tends to order dishes with peeled shrimp! You’re a trooper for enduring that tin, I don’t think I would have!

    I have loved every ABC tin I’ve had, but I have never had tinned shrimp. I didn’t even know that was a thing. I eat shrimp shells so I assume I will love these. Love the video as always, my wife and I are big fans.

  6. I feel like some people must be born with less nerve endings in their mouth/tongue than others or something 😂

    Or maybe they all grew up eating shell on and got used to it, like people who grew up on chicken knuckle or spiders. I’d love to see some scientific study on it.

    Shells are awful. For me, a shell on shrimp is like eating something covered in sheets of plastic. It feels exactly like plastic in my mouth. Peel those muthas off and make a broth.

    PS – feel like “hard snap” could be your “nice hiss” 😂

    I love shrimp shells. there’s an authentic chinese place nearby that does a salt & pepper fried shrimp, shell on, head on. I eat the whole thing and it’s amazing.

    I only like shrimp shells when they’re fried to crispiness then it’s like a shrimp cracker this is ahhhh a no for me. I’d fry the shit outta these tho
