I would do a physical calendar or an Excel/Google sheet

I have a physical calendar for the whole year that has a little line for each day. I mark the delivery day (I use different colors for differenr services to make it even easier to see what’s going on). Then I put little dots on the days that we’re probably going to eat the meal, so I know how long the gap to the next delivery has to be. I make sure to go through to skip or choose meals once a week (especially for Everyplate, since their service is so few weeks ahead).
