made myself some food and created a recipe for the first time on MyFitnessPal. It tastes delicious btw!!

  • 100g Chicken Breast Fillet with Skin (Seasoned with Cumin, Oregano, Paprika & Pan Fried)
  • 150g Greek Salad (Romain Lettuce, Tomatoes, Olives, Bell Pepper, Feta Cheese)
  • Greek Dressing (ACD vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic, Spices)

    Salad at 248 seems way too high, prob closer to 50-100 cals considering most the cals will come from the feta cheese which I don’t see a ton of
