You only need a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

– 8 Zucchini Flowers.
– Ricotta: 250g / 9 oz.
– Parmesan cheese: 30 g / 1 oz.
– Nutmeg.
– Two eggs.
– Breadcrumbs.
– Black pepper.
– Salt.
– Seed oil or olive oil.

Cook in the Air Fryer at 190 °C / 374 °F for 15 minutes.
