WATERMELON FETA SALAD 🍉
Fresh • Light • Full of Flavor
Ingredients (4 servings):
* ½ seedless watermelon (cubed or balled)
* 200 g feta cheese (crumbled)
* ½ cucumber (diced or sliced)
* 1 small red onion (optional, thinly sliced
A mix of fresh herbs:
* Mint (classic), Basil & lemon verbena (adds depth)
* Or swap all for fresh cilantro
* Juice of 1 lime
* 2–3 tbsp olive oil
* Salt & black pepper
* Optional: toasted pine nuts or walnuts
Instructions:
👉Combine watermelon, cucumber, onion & feta.
👉Add your favorite herbs – mint alone is enough
👉Drizzle lime juice + olive oil.
👉Season with salt & pepper.
👉Toss gently. Chill before serving.
😇Tip: Play with herbs. Mint = light. Basil = sweet. Cilantro = bold.
