    Did you weigh the pasta raw or cooked? 100g of that pasta raw is 400kcal.

    Yes , that’s the magic of eating healthy and nutrient dense foods. You can eat a lot more than eating a protein bar or some oreos , and feel satisfied for longer. I watch videos that show how much you can eat comparing healthy foods to unhealthy ones. Usually with unhealthy foods you eat very little and ingest a lot of calories. And if you want to feel full with unhealthy foods you’ll have to eat like 1500 calories in one go. That’s someone’s whole daily calorie intake.
