Poping? I don’t know…but one of the hotter ones might make your ass feel like hell.

Yellow Bird on the top shelf where it belongs
CanyonPainter
Get all of the Yellow Bird stuff.

All y’all gon’ call me crazy, but the flavor of the Sweet Baby Rays “Hot Sauce” is unmatched for just seasoning up some eggs or a sangweech. It’s not really hot at all, but the flavor profile is really nice.
And another thing. That Moores wing sauce in the top right of the picture that is orange colored.. if you toss freshly fried wings in that sauce, it will make you slap anyone with in arms length. It’s fucking fantastic if you don’t want to go through the trouble of making your own with Franks and butter and whatnot.
I’d still suggest making your own sauce with butter and Franks. Have any of you guys tried using Karo corn syrup as a neutral sweetener for sauces? It works great if you’re trying for a sweet heat.

The Green Cholula is underrated!
butrejp
melinda’s fire roasted garlic and habanero, yellow bird habanero, tabasco scorpion, tabasco chipotle
there’s some other good ones on that shelf but they’re more situational, not really everything sauces like the ones above

Is that the garlic pepper Tabasco I see in there?

Dude you have so many good choices to pick from. I wish my local stores were like this.
I’d take all four Melinda’s Hot Habanero Honey Mustard off the shelf so I don’t run out for the month. 2 bottles of Crystals and 1 bottle of Melinda’s Ghost Pepper sauce for dotting. Month complete.

A lot of garbage and fridge sauce.
Franks extra hot and Tabasco extra hot for fridge sauce, yellow bird hab if you want to try something unique and decent.
The melindas especially and everything else is mass produced commercial garbage cosplaying as gourmet.
emptyheaded89
I’d grab some Yellow Bird and a big bottle of Crystal.

I love that Melinda’s Habanero Honey Mustard. I’ve never seen a big bottle (just those little $1 stingers in the dump bins).

Melindas jalapeño sauce. Top middle area. Not really a hot sauce but has fantastic flavor.

That “poping” typo could have gone so wrong…
Aside from that, there are some cool Tabasco varieties that you don’t see everywhere. Extra Hot, AKA scorpion 👌, habanero, buffalo, chipotle. Just try what looks cool and have fun with it.

I Love the “Kinders Buttery Buffalo” I would like to try their Louisiana Heat. Tabasco Habanero is really good too.
Realistic_Inside_820
Slap ya mama, yellowbird, Tabasco, kinders, plain Louisiana, tiger sauce. A good selection.

Can anyone actually read any of the labels?

Tabasco Scorpion is really good. Quite spicy though.

No secret aardvark. Move on.
