if you have seen my previous posts you'll see in this one that we are trying something different. it's too hot outside so my husband doesn't want to eat as much as before (3 same meals in 1 day).
monday
breakfast: boiled eggs and ham (with bread) with veggies.
lunch: buckwheat groats with beef stew (that is in photo with a slowcooker).
dinner: tuna salad.
snacks: pear with almonds and vanilla skyr with walnuts.
tuesday
breakfast: overnight oats (oats, milk, banana and peanut butter).
lunch: rice with chicken and veggies.
dinner: omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes.
snacks: vanilla skyr with pumpkin seeds and blueberries with hazelnuts.
wednesday
breakfast: omelette with mushrooms, spinach and bacon.
lunch: haddock with rice amd veggies.
dinner: ham salad.
snacks: raspberries with walnuts and aplles.

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
