


Had no idea she would get such INCREDIBLE peices of meat. Of course I think bone in ribeyes are the best steaks you can get. The ones she picked for me though were so gorgeous, I was a bit intimidated. So much fat makes for a great steak but also tough to grill perfectly. How did I do?

You went a little too hot for the sear, but nailed the doneness. A cooler fire would help you out a bit.
But overall, looks delicious. I would be more than happy with that.
These look fkn amazing!! The 3in rib eye is the entire reason I bought sous vide setup. 2 hours at 135° and a sear on grill….you will never go back to cooking these thick ones any other way…..I promise!!
