Crostinis with Chistorra Skewer and Spanish Omelette In a bowl, mix one egg, one tablespoon of milk, and a pinch of salt. Beat the mixture well. Grease the hot pan with olive oil. Pour in the beaten egg and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the omelette and cook until fully set. Cut the chistorra sausages (2 units) into 6 pieces of about 7-8 cm each. Cook the chistorra for about 4-5 minutes, turning it with tongs. Cut the omelette into long strips about 4-5 cm thick. Wrap the chistorra with a strip of omelette to form a small roll. Place a green olive on top of the roll and secure it with a toothpick. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the toasted bread. Place the wrapped chistorra skewer on top. Eggplant Roll with Ham and Cheese Eggplant – 1 unit Cut the eggplant lengthwise into slices about 3-4 centimeters thick. Heat the pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the eggplant slices with salt and black pepper to taste on both sides. Grill them for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown. Prepare the sauce. Mix well 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1 teaspoon of dried garlic. Spread 2 teaspoons of the sauce over the eggplant slice. Cut the cooked ham (3 slices) in half and place a piece in the center of the eggplant slice. Add the arugula leaves and roll it up. Cut the cherry tomatoes (3 units) in half and skewer them with a wooden toothpick. Cut the Edam cheese slices (3 units) in half and roll them up. Secure the roll with a mini skewer. Marinated Salmon Cups with Mango and Avocado Previously defrosted salmon – 100 g Cut the salmon into small cubes. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and salt to taste. Chopped onion – 1/2 unit Mix well. I needed to add one more tablespoon of soy sauce. Mango – 100 g Cut the mango into small cubes. Avocado – 1 unit Cut the avocado into small cubes. Add the juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix all the ingredients well. Fill the cups with the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with a piece of nori seaweed. You will get a total of 6 cups. Canapés with Chorizo and Olives Cut out 4 flower shapes from sandwich bread (a total of 8 pieces). Mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of dried garlic. Spread each bread flower with the pink sauce. Place 3 lettuce leaves and a slice of cherry tomato. Prepare a mini skewer with folded chorizo and a green olive. Insert the skewer. Frankfurt sausages – 2 units Cut the Frankfurt sausages into equal portions of approximately 3-4 cm. Empanada dough – 6-8 discs Place the Frankfurt sausage in the center, roll it up, and close it to form a bonbon shape. Heat the sunflower oil to 170-180ºC (the ideal frying temperature). Fry the Frankfurt bonbons for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the excess oil with a paper towel. Fill the cups with ketchup and place the Frankfurt bonbons on top. Boquerón en Vinagre Skewer Canapé Cut the rye bread (1 slice) into evenly sized squares. Spread the rye bread with 1/2 teaspoon of mustard. Cut the cucumber into 6 slices. Cut the hard-boiled egg into 6 slices. Cut the chili pepper into 6 equal pieces. Anchovy in vinegar – 6 units Assemble mini skewers by folding the anchovy in vinegar together with the chili pepper.
