You probably have heard that it’s recommended we eat 30 different plants each week. These plant points range from fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, spices, herbs, wholegrains and so on. If it seems daunting, you are not alone 🌱

This little jar of MAGIC contains over 25 different plant points and tastes INCREDIBLE over salads, toasts, pasta, soups (pretty much anything) and it’s highly versatile. It’s my spin on the “Zoe” brand daily 30+ which you can buy but it’s cheaper and more fun to make your own 😋

Here is a rough guideline of what you’ll need:
⭐︎5-6 different nuts
⭐︎7 mixed seeds including chia and flax
⭐︎quinoa
⭐︎4-5 dried herbs and spices
⭐︎nori flakes
⭐︎nutritional yeast
⭐︎3-4 different roasted beans and legumes (the snack packs)
⭐︎3 mushroom adaptogenic powders (optional but highly recommended)

Inspired by the popular 30 plus, this homemade version is so good and so easy. Combine a mix of nuts, seeds, dried herbs and spices and roast until tasty.
