I’ve seen folks post this works on BJ but description seems to oppose that opinion.
Can someone confirm if this model works with Big Joe II?

Can’t tell for sure, as I got the classic. But the spit comes with an extension piece do I assume that for the big joe. So I think it will fit.
Only Fire’s exclusion notes are accurate. This clearly says it won’t work with 24″ grills. Why do you think it will? Communicating with Only Fire is difficult but you shoudl get aa response you can comprehend in a week or two. I have the onlyfire rotissirie for Weber Genesis gasser. It was difficutl to get the correct unit because they offer so many spits and mounts for a wide variety of grills. The issue was the screw-on extension and the bearing surface, both of which had to be precise. Looks like the center extension/coupling tube simply does not work for 24″ spans. You could have a piece of stainless tubing custom tapped, I suppose.

I bought this for by BJII, and it fits perfectly. You might have a little trouble getting the clamps to sit so you can lock the lid, OR just adjust the vent openings to accommodate for the increased air flow.
