Recipes in the photos. Ginger got cut of from the curry but I put a metric ton of ginger in my curry along with 2 ghost peppers. Makes about 7 diet portions or 5 regular sized human portions.

Wouldn’t the noodles get bloated and soggy from the soup? It’s recommended to store them separately to prevent this. You could cook all the noodles while meal prepping, drain, and store in one-portion sizes. Add the noodles back if/when you’re heating up the soup on the stove. Otherwise, just blanch them in hot water for a bit while you’re heating up the soup in a microwave or something. Just my two cents!
