Hi! I’ve been lurking in this group for a while and enjoying what everyone else is posting! Definitely gives me ideas to switch around what I have daily. I’ve been on the 1500 a day train for a while now focusing on my macros. I’ll share some food pics the next time I post but here’s some screenshots of what I had today keeping it just under 1500 calories.
122g protein, 113g carbs and 57g fat
The first few weeks were the hardest but now I’m used to the smaller amounts of food. 5’2 144lbs
