Sparingly. Thats it. You can still do it but not often. Eat it with vegetables and grains. Lean cuts.

Today's lunch is leftover rice pilaf and lean beef (london broil). There were only these 2 small slices (~1.5oz) but more, 3-4oz would have been ideal.

I made a spicy turkish salad/salsa(ezme) and added some green leaf lettuce, sliced cucumber with lemon and salt, and 1 tbsp hummus.

This was all around 200 calories but volume wise was quite filling.

    Got to say no, if I’m splurging, I’m not eating crappy beef when I eat beef. I want my ribeye haha

    How did you prepare it so that it wasn’t difficult to chew? I seem to not be able to prepare extra lean beef to be delicious or a nice texture.

    That looks very delicious! I don’t cook red meat at home but every once in a while will indulge in a good restaurant steak.
