there is no such thing as green bell peppers. They all turn but just turn less or later than some varietals. Green bell peppers= unripe red/orange/yellow

If you want them green, harvest them before they turn color. If you want a sweeter colored pepper, wait until they turn.

They are starting to “blush” and ripen from green to red; virtually all peppers in nature ripen to red.

There is no specific green bell pepper, if you want it green you have to pick it green or it will continue to change color as it ripens, like yours is.
