I made stewed fruit (apples and pears) from the trees in my yard in my half cup souper cubes. A dozen servings, ready to go. I cooked them down in my largest dutch oven with some sugar, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
Some will be reheated with the steel cut oats I've also meal prepped, some will be reheated until bubbling & then topped with good vanilla ice cream and maybe some caramel sauce… either way, they're mostly for our kid, but we'll definitely eat some too, and these aren't the last batch I'll make this week, let alone this year.
I also made mini pear breads in the same souper cube trays a few days ago, and that was great.
